Patna, Oct 22 (PTI) Bihar Police today claimed to have busted a racket in irregular and clandestine withdrawal of Rs five crore through Kisan Credit Card (KCC) following the arrest of two persons in Khagaria district. Director General of Police Abhaya Nand said the money was withdrawn form Bank of India and Allahabad Bank using 800 KCCs. The racket was busted by the economic offences department of Bihar Police. Police had arrested the two men earlier from their houses at Chichrua village in the district. They later confessed to have been involved in irregular and clandestine withdrawal of money from banks using KCCs, he said.
